The end is finally here! After weeks of grueling posing and tricky challenges, 4 girls arrive at the final showdown - Kym, Avalon and Melinda. It’s the final challenge and it’s going to be tough. By the way, I’m totally rooting for Avalon now, my mind’s made up. Avalon has dared to explore and has time and again produced amazing shots. Over the weeks, she has learned a couple of tips and you can see her applying them practically in all of her shoots. After all, in this industry, if you’re new you can’t have an attitude. Instead, you need to be able to adapt to changes fast and always be willing to step on new grounds.

SupermodelMe2: Recap
The season started off with 12 aspiring models and now we’re down to 4 (Avalon, Kym, Rosie and Melinda), out of which one will be next in line to receiving the coveted crown.
The girls have gone through numerous hardships - playing rugby, cooking, walking in a slippery fish market and jet-setting to Bali. This week, catch the highlights from all the past 10 episodes, including videos from the eliminated models. Before the show airs, you may already catch webisodes by 3 eliminated models (Anny, Elizabeth and Niki) here.
The winner will only be crowned next week, 2 June 2011 on Channel KIX, StarHub Channel 518 at 21:30 but do you already have a favourite? I’m torn between Kym and Avalon. Both with strong features and strong shots week after week.

Last week’s episode was a non-elimination round, so once again we’re left with Avalon, Kym, Rosie and Melinda.
This week, the girls are casted into a commercial for DKNY Jeans and also this week, they’re giving away not one pair but 3 pairs of DKNY JEANS Denim Jeans for the few who have the best booty. This week’s theme is, GLOBAL: How do you carry the essence of New York wherever you go? (19-25 May 2011)

In this week’s episode, the final four contestants (Avalon, Kym, Rosie and Melinda) were involved in a clay shoot that is not only unique but allows for deeper exploration in the poses the girls could do.
While in the land of Bali, the girls might as well try all the crazy shoots one can do, right?

In the fashion industry, ‘skinny’ has become overly glorified, so much so that females all over the world are intentionally starving themselves to look like the models on glossy magazines.
Models themselves face similar issues, they get the boot once they gain a kg. Avalon feels that weight should not be important, the confidence you portray by loving yourself for who you are, gives you all you need in life. After all, being skinny isn’t everything.

The competition heats up, literally! This week, the girls head to a mysterious, mystical location overseas, for a photoshoot. With 5 girls remaining, Avalon, Kym, Rosie, Melinda and Tanja, you just have to stay glued to Starhub Channel KIX (Ch 518) on Thursday, 21:30, to find out who receives the coveted crown.
Here’s Avalon at the mysterious location, working her bod in an emerald La Perla bikini. Remember to watch the show to gawk at the destination the girls head to. In the meantime, check out some webisodes and read up on the models here. You might want to get some scoops on them as the competition gets intense.
Talking about bods, SUPERMODELME presents SUPERMODELME Best Booty Contest! A pair of DKNY JEANS Denim Jeans will be given away weekly, to the one with the best booty!
